Engineering the Future
                              
                              Deondre G. Glover is a dynamic engineering leader with nearly a decade of experience driving innovation, digital transformation, and organizational excellence in the defense and aerospace industry.
Currently serving as a Systems Engineering Functional Manager and Lead at Northrop
                                 Grumman’s Corporate Office, he oversees teams of 20+ engineers while shaping enterprise-wide
                                 standards in systems engineering, digital ecosystems, and agile program execution. 
Glover has advanced major defense programs including the F-35, E-2, Sentinel, and
                                 TACAMO, leading cross-disciplinary teams to deliver mission-critical solutions on
                                 time and within budget. His leadership has resulted in enterprise-wide process improvements,
                                 cost savings, and enhanced technical rigor across programs.
A mentor and advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, Glover actively recruits
                                 and develops underrepresented engineering talent while contributing to national STEM
                                 initiatives. His excellence has been recognized with multiple honors, including the
                                 2025 Black Engineer of the Year Award (BEYA) Science Spectrum Trailblazer Award.
