Edith D. Gaillard is an adminstrative assistant in the Department of Human Services and manages the budget for federal grants.

Gaillard started at South Carolina State University in January 1984 in the office of Accounts Payable until she retired December 2011. Gaillard returned as an administrative assistant in December 2012.
