Inetta Cooper Fulton
Inetta Cooper Fulton plays a pivotal role in the expansion of the Food and Nutrition Education Program within the 1890 Extension. As a coordinator, Fulton takes charge of developing, facilitating, and conducting a variety of programs and activities aimed at improving the well-being of rural and urban families, individuals, youth, communities, and municipalities.

Outside of The University, Fulton leads a vibrant and multifaceted life. As a holistic chef, she has established her own successful business called "My Carolina Cook". In addition to her culinary expertise, Fulton has showcased her talent as a published author, with two cookbooks available on Amazon.
Fulton's entrepreneurial spirit extends beyond writing and cooking, as she has also owned and operated three restaurants. Her creativity and leadership shine through her role as the executive director and producer of various television shows, including "Inetta and Friends", "View from the Pew", "The NPower Gospel Hour", and "Southern Belles of Savannah,"
Furthermore, she has directed documentaries such as "What Happened to the Kings Tree?" and "The Disappearance of Black Wealth in America". In addition to her culinary and entertainment endeavors, Fulton is a skilled organist, specializing in the Hammond B3. She has studied classical music and generously shared her knowledge by teaching basic piano in after-school and private school programs.
Fulton's achievements have been recognized by several notable organizations and cities. She has received Proclamations from the City of Los Angeles for the Healthy Churches USA Conference, the City of Plano for the Women N Power Conference, and the City of Charlotte for the Women N Power Conference.
