Ka-Young Lee
As an assistant professor, Dr. Ka-Young Lee teaches several piano courses, ear training
courses. Also, she serves as a primary advisor for freshmen, sophomore music majors,
and as a member of music theory committee.

Background
Lee started working at SC State in 2014. She has performed with singers and choirs. She teaches music courses including class piano, private piano, ear training, music history, and music appreciation. I have had a variety of accompanying experiences with SCSU Concert Choir, and individual music students in voice major and different instrument majors.
Dr. Lee is from originally South Korea, and currently living in Columbia with her
husband and two young children.
