Sharon Stokes organizes and manages data entry and record-keeping of Graduate School applicants She screens incoming credentials and prepare files for admissions review and decision. She ensure accuracy and completeness of data received. She answers all incoming calls and complete data reports as required by the institution. She also develops and revises forms to create reports.
