Tammy Clubbs
Tammy Clubbs is the lead Slate captain for the university. Slate is SC State's Customer Relations Management (CRM) database. Through the use of this database, the University will eventually be able to collect incoming payments from students in order to drive commitments from students in a more seamless fashion. Once students deposit, they will be able to connect with Student Success and Retention, then housing. Clubbs is excited to help build out communications that will go to students who wish to receive more information before applying, applicants, and accepted students, as well as their parents.
In addition to this project, Clubbs will also lead the efforts for other projects that work in tandem with the CRM:
- Mainstay Chatbot, Oli, which sits on our website to answer general questions and nudge visitors to the correct pages and information they are seeking.
- CampusESP, a social media application geared to provide information to families of students who have applied; ZEEMEE, a social media application geared to assist incoming students with meeting their peers prior to them arriving on campus,
- StudentBridge, has built a virtual video book for us and is in the process of designing a campus map and six other videos for Enrollment Management use.
- AlliedPixel is creating a dynamic acceptance video for our incoming students; and last is Ruffalo Noel Levitz. RNL helps oversee these projects and helps the department strategize with research that guides their name purchases, and campaigns to students.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Programming and Systems Analysis, 2003, Vatterott College
