Cheryl Benjamin – Featured online student in Political Science/Public Administration
Cheryl Benjamin is currently a senior online student majoring in political science with a concentration in public administration at South Carolina State University.
She lives in Florence County, SC and holds an associate degree from Florida State College of Jacksonville. She is currently working for the Florence School District One and has worked in public education for seven years. She enjoys working with her colleagues and students, being a change agent for them.
She attends Savannah Grove Baptist Church and is the proud mother of two, a son Dylan, and a daughter Ryan – who are my pride and joy. She’s also a member of the Order of the Eastern Star Mary Perkins Chapter #292.
After receiving her political science/public administration degree, she hopes to further her career in public civil service within her community.
She stated that “I am extremely happy to receive this honor as I continue to matriculate through South Carolina State University.”
