Enrollment Verification

SC State has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to act as the University agent in providing Enrollment Verifications for insurance purposes, student loans, future employment, military IDs, etc. Enrollment verifications may be requested for a specific term, or for a total enrollment history.

Current Students

This free service is provided 24/7 to current students.

To access the National Student Clearinghouse, please:

1. Go to SCSU.EDU
2. Go to MyBulldog (SCSU apps)
3. Login with your username and password (if not logged in the portal)
4. Under QuickLinks click on National Student Clearinghouse
5. Read terms and conditions and check box below to agree with the terms and conditions
6. Setup multi-factor authentication
7. Click On Enrollment History
8. Click On Arrow to the right
9. Click on “Download Certificate”
10. Select School and Current Enrollment Certificate or All Enrollment Certificates
11. Click on “Download Certificate”

Full-time	12 credit hours or more	9 credit hours or more
Quarter-time	11 to 9 credit hours	8 to 7.6 credit hours
Part-time	8 to 6 credit hours	7.5 to 6 credit hours
