Earn a Scholarship with Army ROTC
Scholarships and other monetary support are available when you contract in the Army Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC), which relieves financial pressure so you can focus on your education. You'll graduate with a respected and secure career path as an Army Officer, and with less debt for the school years your scholarship covers.
You’re eligible to apply for a ROTC scholarship which could get you up to 100% tuition coverage if you are willing to serve, if you’re a high school student enrolling in college, enrolled in college, or an active-duty enlisted Soldier. ROTC awards scholarships (based solely on merit) to hundreds of students each year.
Qualify, and you could get a scholarship worth up to $80,000 at some schools, including a monthly allowance.

- Miscellaneous Scholarships (Based on Raised Funds and Military Alumni)
Eligibility
- National Scholarship Applied for and Awarded while in High School
- 1000 or more on SAT; 19 or more on ACT
- Qualified DODMERB Physical
- No Civil Convictions (waivers available for minor convictions)
- 2.5 GPA or Higher (very competitive) Higher is better!
- Presidential Fitness Test (PFT) High School Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) minimum score 180 (On Campus). Higher is better!
How can I apply for an Army ROTC scholarship?
Once you complete your junior year of high school, you can get a head start on your future by applying for the ROTC National Scholarship (a four-year scholarship) at a participating school.
