* Timeslot selection opens on July 20 through the Housing Portal.
* Students must reserve a move-in appointment before arriving.

Financial Clearance

Students must be financially cleared by the University before they are permitted to check into their residence hall.

Check-In Information

* Students will check in at their designated residence hall.
* Students residing in Hugine Suites will check in and pick up their room keys at Hugine Suites Building A before proceeding to their assigned building.
* A valid government-issued photo ID is required to complete the check-in process.

Unloading & Parking

To ensure traffic flows smoothly during move-in:

Students assigned to Earle Hall, Battiste Hall, Mitchell Hall, and Queens Village will have 15 minutes to unload their belongings.
After unloading, vehicles must be moved immediately to the designated parking areas before students continue moving their belongings into the residence hall.
Please follow the directions of Housing staff, campus volunteers, and University Police throughout the move-in process.

What to Bring

To help you prepare for move-in, we have provided a recommended packing list of items to bring to campus, as well as a list of prohibited items that are not permitted in the residence halls.

Please review the "What to Bring" and "What Not to Bring" lists below before packing to ensure you arrive with everything you need and avoid bringing items that are prohibited by University Housing policies.
