The Office of Student Financial Services is the central billing and collection point for South Carolina State University. The department is responsible for managing the university billing, collecting, refunding, and cashiering functions.
The office is responsible for ensuring that students and their families can reach their educational goals by providing accurate information and payment options.
The Office of Student Financial Service is responsible for the collection and depositing of all the University’s funds in accordance with the state and federal law and regulations. We ensure that all internal policies and procedures are followed, and all billing and payment transactions are secure.
The office staff is available to assist students and parents with activities related to paying their bill and other financial services. The Office is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
You also have the option of contacting your Student Financial Services assigned administrator directly to make an appointment. We recognize that our office has a direct influence on how students and parents view the University as a whole, and we continue to strive to provide services in an efficient, effective, and timely manner.
